Tuzex and its influence on socialistic society

The theme of this diploma thesis is Tuzex foreign trade as a phenomenon of the time during the period of socialism in Czechoslovakia. In this work is described the structure, the way the foreign trade company works for domestic export - Tuzex, its development into 1992, with a focus on the important role of Tuzex in business in CSSR and foreign trade and its impact on the existence of a socialist society. thats all in contrast to contemporary society , where the Communist Party sharply criticized the Western way of life and its products, but on the other hand run and practise elite trade with foreign goods. 4
Economic offences

This bachelor thesis deals with the economic offences. First four chapters define basic terms of criminal law such as criminal act, kinds of criminal acts and punishment for them according to the Criminal Code. From the fifth chapter it focuses on the economic offences. The sixth chapter goes into details through some of the economic offences on the basis of the Criminal Code and last chapter deals with analysis and statistics of the economic offences compared with the total criminal offences and informs about the worldwide research of the economic crimes made in 2014.
Selected economic crimes

The target of this thesis is to provide the information about the economic crime and to map the Czech legislation of chosen economic crimes. The first part deals with the concepts such as economic criminality, financial criminality and economic crimes. The second part is dedicated to the crime from the perspective of substantive law, clarifies some of the basic principles of Czech criminal law and analyses the merits of the offense in general terms. The third part is concerned with the characteristics of chosen economic crimes, gives examples from practice mediated by jurisprudence of the High Court and offers the basic statistic reviews of committed crimes from 2009 -- 2013.

The target of this Bachelor thesis is to provide the main information about the economic crime and about the crimes related to business. The first part deals with the term "economic crime", clarifies some of the basic principles of criminal law and analyses the merits of the offense in general terms. The second part is engaged in the characteristics of chosen crimes related to business, adduces examples from practice mediated by jurisprudence of the High Court and offers the basic statistic reviews of committed crimes in the years 2010 - 2012.
Selected economic crimes compared in the acts No. 140/1961 Coll. and 40/2009 Coll.

The aim of this paper is to compare the legislation of selected offenses of Act No. 140/1961 Coll., Penal Code, and Act No. 40/2009 Coll., Penal Code, which is supposed to replace the - more than forty years old -- original from 1. 1. 2010. The text of this paper focuses on the most important changes that the new arrangements bring into the field of economic criminal law; tries to cover professional discussions affecting, the final form in the legislative process as well as outlines the possible consequences change of Penal Code may result in. This comparative study is also a picture of how the provisions of the new Penal Code in scientific publications -- primarily in law Papers --are presented.
The chosen economic crimes and crimes against the public policy (the 2nd and the 3rd catch of the Penal Act)

The target of this Bachelor thesis is to provide the main information about the economic crimes and about the crimes against the public policy. The first task of this paper is to create a summery of all crimes from these groups. The second task is to describe some chosen crimes from the each group. The selection has been done on the base of a before set key. The introduction of this paper concerns about the basic knowledge of the penal law. Without this basic knowledge it should not be easy to understand the description of particular crimes.
